Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds, our return policy reflects both product integrity and regulatory requirements. Please read this policy before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. Opened, reconstituted, or damaged products cannot be returned. Returns are accepted only where the product was received in error, damaged during shipping, or materially defective.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the packaging and affected products. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost or issue a refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product that does not match your order, contact us immediately. Incorrect orders will be corrected promptly at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You will be notified by email when your refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened peptide vials. Products showing signs of tampering. Products purchased on clearance or final sale. Ancillary items (water, syringes, etc.) once shipped.

How to Initiate

Email [INSERT EMAIL] with subject line ‘Return Request — Order #[Your Order Number]’ and include the reason for your return request. Do not ship items back without written authorization from our team.
