Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Our average dispatch time is under 48 hours from order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard delivery: 2–4 business days.
Expedited delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout).

Packaging

All peptide orders are packaged with appropriate cold-chain insulation to maintain compound integrity in transit. Packaging is discreet — no external branding identifying the contents.

International Shipping

International shipping availability varies by destination. Customers are solely responsible for understanding import regulations in their country and ensuring legal receipt of research compounds. JDD Research Peptides assumes no liability for orders seized, delayed, or rejected by customs.

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed upon dispatch and can also be found in your account order history. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at [email].

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, contact us within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. JDD Research Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Address changes after order placement cannot be guaranteed.
